Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
| Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced | 6 Medium | |
| Cubed Ham | 1-2 Cups | |
| Chopped Onion | 1/4 Cup | |
| Margarine | 4 Tbsp. | |
| Flour | 4 Tbsp. | |
| Salt | 1 tsp. | |
| Pepper | Dash |
Melt margarine in saucepan. Add flour and mix well. Add salt and pepper. Then add 3 more cups of milk to make sauce. Boil 2 minutes. Put layer of potatoes in casserole dish, then add a layer of ham and onions. Spread with half of the sauce. Repeat layers and sauce. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°. Uncover and bake 15 or more minutes until done.
