Giuseppe’s Twisted Dream (Torcetti)

| 2% Warm Milk (110° to 115°) | 1/2 Cup | |
| Large Eggs, room temp | 2 | |
| Sugar | 1 Tbsp | |
| Vanilla Extract | 1 1/2 tsp | |
| Confectioners' Sugar | 2 Cups |
I loved how these turned out. Light and not too sweet, they’re perfect with a cup of coffee or tea. And plenty of time to bake a different cookie while the dough is rising.
