Ingredients
| Unsalted Butter | 8 Tbsp. | |
| Ice Cube | 1/2 | |
| All Purpose Flour | 2 1/2 Cups | |
| Baking Soda | 1/2 tsp. | |
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup | |
| Packed Dark Brown Sugar | 1/2 Cup + 1 Tbsp. | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Bourbon | 5 Tbsp. | |
| Pecans, toasted and roughly chopped | 1 Cup |
Not too sweet, turned out to have a great browned butter flavor at the start and the bourbon on the finish.
