Pumpkin Bundt Cake
Ingredients
| Spice Cake Mix | 1 Package | |
| Instant Vanilla Pudding | 1 small package | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Canned Pumpkin | 1 Cup | |
| Salad Oil | 1/2 Cup | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup | |
| Cinnamon | 1 tsp. | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup | |
| Powdered Sugar | 1/4 Cup | |
| Milk | 1 tsp. |
Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange pecans in a greased bundt pan. Mix ingredients at medium speed in mixer for 5 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake 45-50 minutes. When cool, glaze with 1/4 cup powdered sugar and 1 tsp. milk.
