Chocolate Sugar Cookie Drops

Ingredients
| All-purpose flour | 2 1/2 cups | |
| Baking powder | 1 1/2 tsp | |
| Salt | 3/4 tsp | |
| Sugar, divided | 1 1/4 cups | |
| Vegetable oil | 3/4 cup | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 tsp | |
| Nestle Toll House Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels | 1 10 oz. package |
- Preheat oven to 350°
- In a small bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside
- In a large bowl combine 1 cup sugar and vegetable oil; mix well
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract
- Gradually add flour mixture
- Stir in Nestle Toll House Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels.
- Drop by Rounded measuring teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets
- Shape into balls; roll in remaining sugar
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes
