Matt’s Spaghetti
Ingredients
| Italian Sausage | 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. | |
| Onion (sliced) | 1/2 | |
| Garlic | 2 Cloves | |
| Tomato Sauce | 48 oz. Can | |
| Tomato Paste | 24 oz. | |
| Basil | Handful | |
| Parsley | Handful | |
| Sugar | 2 Tbsp. | |
| Salt | 1/2 tsp. | |
| Water | 3 Cups | |
| Grated Romano | 4 oz. |
Brown sausage (out of casings)–drain. Add onion and garlic till brown–drain again. Add everything else. Add water slowly. May need to add more water after 1 hour of simmering. Add grated Romano cheese. Pour over spaghetti. Really good the second day.
