Chocolate Crinkles
Ingredients
| Vegetable Oil | 1/2 Cup | |
| Unsweetened chocolate (4 oz.), melted | 4 squares | |
| Granulated Sugar | 2 Cups | |
| Eggs | 4 | |
| Vanilla | 2 tsp. | |
| Flour | 2 Cups | |
| Baking Powder | 2 tsp. | |
| Salt | 1/2 tsp. | |
| Confectioners' Sugar | 1 Cup |
- Mix oil, chocolate and granulated sugar.
- Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed.
- Add vanilla.
- Measure flour by dipping method or by sifting. Stir flour, baking powder into oil mixture.
- Chill several hours or overnight.
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into confectioners’ sugar. Roll in sugar; shape into balls. Place about 2″ apart on greased baking sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Do not over bake!
