Aunt Pearle’s Custard
Ingredients
| Eggs | 8 | |
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup | |
| Evaporated Milk | 1 Can | |
| Vanilla | 2 tsp. | |
| Salt | Pinch | |
| Milk | 1 Quart | |
| Nutmeg |
Beat eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Place custard cups or casserole dish in pan of hot water. Bake at 300° until knife comes out clean.
